Scheduling of appointments involves the reservation of time specifically for you. Therefore, a minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. A session can only be rescheduled up to 2 times. The full fee may be charged for requests to reschedule or cancellation of appointments more than 2 times.
